  • If I am enrolled in an investment package, can I meet with my life coach more than once a week for quicker results?
    Our packages and their benefits have been designed for best growth and development since personal enhancement will take time! However, the beautiful thing about our life coaching program is that we will try to cater it to your needs. If you are enrolled in an investment package and want to modify it in a way that is better for you, please discuss your potential adaptation options with your coach.
  • What topics will we talk about in our sessions?
    All sessions are personalized to your current goals and needs.   • Do you take health insurance?
    No. Project Choose Love does not take public or private health insurance at this time. But as our movement continues to grow, we are working on obtaining coverage for your sessions through your health provider.
  • What is a life & mindset coach?
    Just as a professional sports player has a coach to work on the technical and psychological aspects of their performance, everyday people should take a structured and disciplined approach to personal development and betterment. A life and mindset coach is a person that works in partnership with a client to help them reach their potential across all facets of life.
  • What does a life & mindset coach do?
    A life and mindset coach works with coaching clients to help them make improvements in their lives and move out of any stuck mindsets. A life and mindset coach assumes that the client has the knowledge within themselves to make the improvements and the coach works more as a facilitator in guiding skill development than as a counselor who gives advice.
  • What if I still want to receive services following my completion of an investment package course?
    After graduating from one of our packages, we would be happy to enroll you in a different program to push your self-discovery and continue enhancing your skills. As long as you are motivated to invest in yourself, we will be right there to support you. If you are interested in returning to our services after joining the Project Choose Love Movement, reach out to your former coach to set up an evaluation appointment and see what options work best for you!
  • What is the difference between coaching & therapy?
    The major difference between therapy and life coaching is the focus of the work. While therapy focuses on mental health and emotional healing, life and mindset coaching focuses on setting and achieving goals, as well as focusing on your inner thoughts, self-beliefs, and behavioral patterns. While therapists are licensed and trained mental health professionals who are in the regulated field of healthcare, life and mindset coaches may not have mental health training and are not equipped to diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Unless a life coach was previously trained and licensed as a therapist, they will not be providing any diagnosis. Consider therapy if you want to get help with a mental health challenge that has been impacting your function in day to day life; try life and mindset coaching if you need help getting “unstuck” or support in reaching a fuller potential.
  • How do I book a session?
    New to the Project Choose Love Movement? Sign-up today for an evaluation session at no cost to you to see how we can achieve your best self. If we choose to work together, you will receive a personalized program breakdown and a client portal where you can schedule sessions and track your progress. Already a member of the Project Choose Love Movement? Log into your client portal and head to our services tab to book your next session, make any payments, or check your progress history.
  • Do you work with children?
    No, Project Choose Love serves only adults ages 18+. If you are in need of services for a minor, please check out the “Resources” Page for additional resources.
  • How do I cancel/reschedule my upcoming appointment?
    To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact your coach ASAP! Cancellations less than 48 hours before your upcoming appointment will automatically mean your session is forfeited and cannot be rescheduled. Appointments canceled more than 48 hours in advance have the ability to be rescheduled to another date/time that is better for you. You will have the next 48 hours to reschedule your session through your client portal before your session will be forfeited and can no longer be rescheduled.   • What if this is just a phase?
    We are all human, and we all go through a “phase.” A phase can look or feel like being lost, stuck, disorganized, or simply needing an accountability partner because we all know life can throw so much at us. Project Choose Love is here to support you with both short and long-term session schedules based on what you need. Give yourself kindness and know that everything is temporary. Your inner strength and capabilities will help you get through most of life!
  • What happens if I miss my appointment?
    If you miss your appointment or arrive late by more than 10 minutes without notifying your coach beforehand, your session will automatically be forfeited without a refund. However, we understand that emergencies do happen and encourage you to reach out to your coach as soon as you can to discuss any alternative options they may offer. Your coach will not be responsible for reaching out to you after a missed appointment and is not required to provide additional accommodations.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Upcoming Session Cancellation To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact your coach at your earliest convenience! Cancellations less than 48 hours before your upcoming appointment will automatically forfeit your session. The session cannot be rescheduled nor refunded. Appointments canceled more than 48 hours in advance have the ability to be rescheduled to another date/time that is better for you. After the cancellation is confirmed, you will have the next 48 hours to reschedule the session through your client portal before it will be forfeited and cannot be rescheduled or refunded. If choosing not to reschedule, a 75% refund on an individual session can only be provided if the cancellation occurs at least 48 hours in advance. Withdrawing from a Package You may withdraw from your package at any time by contacting your coach. You will only be charged for the rest of that month at the full monthly rate of $650.00. If your package was initially paid in full, you will receive a full refund for each month after the month of cancellation and will not receive access to any of the post-package benefits. Once you choose to withdraw from your package, progress cannot be restarted at a later time.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or gif in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Enter the app’s Settings 2. Click on the “Manage FAQs” button 3. Select the question you would like to add media to 4. When editing your answer click on the camera, video, or GIF icon 5. Add media from your library.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Click “Manage FAQs” button 2. From your site’s dashboard you can add, edit and manage all your questions and answers 3. Each question and answer should be added to a category 4. Save and publish.
  • How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title?
    You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.
  • What is an FAQ section?
    An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about you or your business, such as “Where do you ship to?”, “What are your opening hours?” or “How can I book a service?” It’s a great way to help people navigate your site and can even boost your site’s SEO.
